We are really picking up steam this week in the new member department. I've just added two more people, Cathie, and Sarah. Welcome!
If anyone, new or not, has a blog or progress page they'd like me to link over in the side bar that isn't currently linked, let me know, and I'll get that posted too.

I just got the pattern book and all of the yarn for GAAA. How did everyone decide which needles to use? The general gage calls for size 7 but each square seems to be different. Did you just find needles to fit the gage and stick with them for every square?
Thanks! I can't wait to get started.

I actually used the needles called for in each square. You wouldn't want to use the same size needles on every square, because you will come out with different sized squares then, from the way they are written.
I don't know what you would do to determine what size to use if you don't usually get gauge with a recommended needle size. I am lucky enough to usually not have to move around too much.

I've been pretty luck too. I did the swatch and it came out fine so I'll follow along with each of the patterns. Can't wait to get my site up so I can join the knit along!
